July 1st we went to the Raymond parade...it was pretty impressive and quite long. The weather was really beautiful. Here are a few pictures of the Parade....
So, our camera died just after the parade started...so we don't have any other pictures. But, we spent the rest of the day eating delicious food, visiting with friends, going on walks, discovering the "growing" town of Raymond, and just hanging out. Everyone pressured Wes into golfing with Brandon and Uncle Bob...and he caved! He doesn't really like to golf...they kept him out there for 5 hours... and came back and said he actually had a pretty good time.
It was a quick trip (and, I seriously felt physically awful the whole time), but we were happy we were able to go down and had a great time!
It's too bad Tara and Darren weren't able to make it...

So sorry that you were not feeling well but it was awesome to have you both there with us. It is a tradition that may not go on for a whole bunch more years so ever year is precious.
Looks like you guys had a great time! We thought about you all there and wished we could've been there to celebrate with you. But I loved seeing the pictures!
