It looks like she's sleeping fine with the arm out. If you find she only sleeps well when tightly wrapped, check out the Kiddopotamus wraps. They work good. (We called it Will's straight jacket.)
The big move. It will probably we nice for both of you to have some time alone so you can rest better, especially mom.
