Today the girls and I were in the kitchen...I was baking cupcakes for Olivia's birthday tomorrow...Aubrey was chillin' in her chair, and Olivia was just hanging out. I started to sing the song "You are my Sunshine" and replaced "Sunshine" with "Aubrey". After that I sang it again and this time said Olivia's name. I used to sing this all the time to Olivia when she was a baby, but haven't for the longest time. Anyway, as I was sining to Olivia she just stared intensely at me...and then just before the song was over she bowed her head and started to wipe her eyes with her arm. She was silently crying. I walked over to her and put my arm around her. I asked her, "Olivia, are you crying because you are sad?". She shook her head and kept crying. Then, I asked her, "are you crying because you love mommy?" She nodded "yes". Just then I started to cry too. What a tender moment. What a sweet heart.

I read this and thought it so sweet. I had the song on my mind, so started singing it like you did, putting in Jake and Nate's names. Jake says, What are you singing. He asked who is going to take me away? Where are they taking me? I told him no one is going to take him away, but he was quite concerned and said that if someone takes him away he will have to kill them.... Olivia is so sweet and Jake is sooo evil!!
SO FUNNY!!! Jake is the funniest kid ever! So wish I could have been there to witness this. haha!
