Yay for Spring!

Well, Spring is officially here...and you know what that means: it's snowing! :)  However, for the first time since Aubrey was born I was actually organized enough on Sunday morning to snap a few photos of the girls before church (keep in mind that our ward doesn't start until 11:00).

Don't you just love their dresses? I remember buying these dresses last June when we were visiting family in North Dakota...I was still pregnant, but dreaming of how cute my girls would look in matching Spring dresses. Turns out I was right...they are cute, aren't they?

We love our girls! Can't imagine life without them! :)

By the way, I think Olivia has turned a new leaf: we have not had to remove her from Sacrament meeting for 3 consecutive weeks!! Our girl is growing up! :)

We have been having WONDERFUL weather lately and are enjoying every bit of it!

What Spring looks like

Well, we keep waiting and waiting and waiting for real Spring to get here, but it just doesn't seem to be coming. 

We are still hopeful! :)

First Day of Spring

Last week I thought about putting away the winter jackets seeing as how Spring was just a few days away. GODD THING I DIDN'T! The first day of Spring was snowy and miserable, so we stayed indoors and went to the Science Centre! They had a Titanic exhibit which was really neat. "The boy" just loved it and talked all day about the "ship that hit the iceberg and crashed". After that exhibit we spent the rest of the day in the Kid's Zone. It was hard to get pics of Olivia just by herself, but here are a few

A balmy afternoon

We have had some really nice days lately and have definitely been taking advantage of this weather and enjoying it!! The snow continues to melt...and that makes me HAPPY!! Olivia LOVES to be outside and usually cries when it's time to come in. I'm so looking forward to the snow being gone and for Spring to really be here!! How fun would it be to stay outside all day and only come in when it's time to nap! :)  Seriously can't wait for a back-yard! I dream about it daily! :) :)

Horray for Spring!!

We are JUST LOVING this weather!! We were so excited to finally get outside today and enjoy it a a bit! I have been couped up inside working on the formatting for a students' dissertation...and so relieved to finally get away from it for a while and enjoy the SUN...and the Easter holiday for that matter.

Wes and I went to get a blizzard from DQ....so good...and then down to North Glenmore Park for a nice walk. I love this time of year and am excited to start to see the grass turn green, and flowers start to bloom.
